These terms govern your use of the ChurnPit website and product. By signing up for early access or using ChurnPit, you agree to these terms.

1. Early access and beta status

ChurnPit is currently in an early access phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we develop the product. Founding member pricing offered during early access is honored for the life of your subscription, provided your account remains active and in good standing.

2. Using ChurnPit

You agree to use ChurnPit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing and usage data you connect, and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Your data and integrations

When you connect Stripe, a usage tracking snippet, or a webhook, you are granting ChurnPit permission to read the relevant data solely to calculate and deliver customer health scores and alerts to you. You retain ownership of your data at all times.

4. Custom domain and email sending

If you configure ChurnPit to send alerts from your own domain or SMTP server, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send email from that domain and for complying with applicable anti-spam laws.

5. Payment and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on the plan and cycle you select at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use ChurnPit to store or process data you do not have the legal right to use, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell access to ChurnPit without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ChurnPit is provided "as is." Health scores and risk alerts are decision-support tools based on the data you connect, and are not a guarantee that any customer will or will not churn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurnPit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChurnPit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
